Jabalpur is the Nearest Airport about one hundred seventy kilometers fro Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve. Presently two flights operate Kingfisher New Delhi to Jabalpur. Arrival is 8.30 pm. Kingfisher Mumbai to Jabalpur. Arrival 5.30 pm. Both operate on daily basis. Third afternoon flight from new Delhi to Jabalpur would be operation in some time to come.

Umaria airstrip meant for small charter planes is the closet to the park. All information/permission should be taken before landing charter planes here. There are some charter service operating to Khajuraho, Bandhavgarh (Umaria), Kanha (Baihar) and Nagpur.
