Day-by-Day Itinerary: Your Kanha Pench Tiger Safari
Day 01: Arrival in Nagpur → Pench National Park
Fly into Nagpur Airport. Our team picks you up and drives you 90 km (about 2 hours) to your cozy resort near Turia Gate, Pench. Check in, enjoy a hot lunch, relax, and get ready for your first evening jeep safari. Spot deer, wild boar, and maybe your first tiger! Overnight at Pench resort with dinner.
Day 02: Full Day Safaris in Pench
Early morning safari at dawn – the best time to track tigers by their pug marks and calls. Look for tigers, leopards, sloth bears, bison, and over 300 bird species. In the evening, another safari near the Pench River and Totlah Doh Dam. You may see sambar deer, nilgai, and wetland birds. Dinner and overnight at the resort.
Day 03: Elephant Safari in Pench + More Wildlife
Start with an exciting elephant safari – one of the best ways to enter deep jungle and get close to tigers safely. See gaur (Indian bison), spotted deer, wild dogs, and beautiful teak forests.
